When I am hired as a sales process consultant, my main job is to add structure and organisation to your business. My ultimate goal is to increase efficiency, transparency, and revenue. I help optimise, automate, and align sales and marketing processes to improve lead generation, sales forecasting, and overall business performance.

Each client I work with is unique in size, structure, and needs. For example, I recently worked with an online hot water company. They had no sales team, leads from word of mouth, a new CRM, and few established processes. This led to an unorganised team working inefficiently, unable to run simple reports to measure progress or forecast sales.
